Scope

These terms cover dromos.ai only. Each dromos product (HazSight, Stoaria, Stathmo, Reimbrix, StatusRollup, Vidromos) has its own terms of service that govern its use. If you sign up for a product, those product-specific terms (not these) apply to that relationship.

By using dromos.ai you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

What this site is

It is an informational site describing dromos, inc., our products, and our operator-led practices. It is not an offer, a contract, a prospectus, or a service. Nothing you do here creates an account, a subscription, or any obligation between us beyond what these terms describe.

What you may do

• Read the content.
• Link to it.
• Share it with colleagues.
• Quote it with attribution.

What you may not do

• Scrape the site at a rate that interferes with normal service (we monitor and block abusive patterns).
• Use automated tools to harvest content for resale, model training, or republication without our written permission.
• Misrepresent yourself as affiliated with dromos.
• Use our marks, logos, or trade dress in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership we haven't agreed to.
• Probe for vulnerabilities except via responsible coordinated disclosure (emailsecurity@dromos.ai).

Our content

The text, marks, logos, illustrations, and source code ondromos.ai are owned by dromos, inc. or used under license. "dromos," the dromos mark, and the product names listed above are trademarks of dromos, inc.

You may quote brief excerpts with attribution. For anything more, ask first: hello@dromos.ai.

Forward-looking statements

The site describes products at various stages: live, in private beta, in development. Anything we say about future capability, launch dates, pricing, or roadmap is current intent, not commitment. Reality changes; we ship when it's ready. Decisions you make on the basis of forward-looking statements here are yours.

Links to other sites

We link out to product sites (hazsight.ai, etc.) and to third-party services. We don't control those sites. Their terms and privacy notices apply when you're on them.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is." We don't warrant that it will be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. We don't warrant the accuracy of forward-looking product information.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dromos, inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of dromos.ai. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is capped at one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to that venue.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be flagged here.
