Privacy policy

Who we are

dromos, inc. is a Texas-based holding company. This policy coversdromos.ai: our marketing site. Each of our products (HazSight, Stoaria, Stathmo, Reimbrix, StatusRollup, Vidromos) operates under its own privacy notice covering the data that product handles. This page is only about what happens when you visit dromos.ai itself.

What we collect

When you load a page on dromos.ai, the request goes through Cloudflare, which records your IP address, the URL requested, the response status, your browser's user-agent string, and a timestamp. Cloudflare uses this for routing, abuse prevention, and operating the network. We can inspect those logs.

When you email hello@dromos.ai,press@dromos.ai, or privacy@dromos.ai, we keep your message in our inbox for as long as it's useful, typically while we're working with you, plus a reasonable retention period after.

Fonts, images, and all other static assets on this site are served from the same origin (dromos.ai); we do not load typefaces from Google Fonts or any other third-party CDN.

What we don't collect

• We don't set tracking cookies.
• We don't run analytics scripts (no Google Analytics, no Mixpanel, no PostHog, no Plausible).
• We don't load third-party tracking pixels.
• We don't fingerprint browsers.
• We don't sell, rent, or trade any data we hold.

How long we keep it

Cloudflare retains request logs for a short window (under 30 days, per their published terms). Emails you send us we keep as long as the relationship or correspondence is active, plus the period needed for our own records, typically up to seven years for business correspondence.

Your rights

Wherever your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, or otherwise) gives you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port the personal data we hold about you, those rights apply here. Emailprivacy@dromos.ai with a clear request and we'll respond within 30 days. We may ask for enough information to verify your identity before acting on a request.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from them.

International transfers

dromos is in the United States. If you're visiting from elsewhere, your data necessarily transits servers outside your country, most often Cloudflare's global edge network. By visitingdromos.ai you accept that transfer.

Changes

If we materially change this policy, we'll update the effective date above and (where it matters) note the change. The version on this page is always the current one.
